Do you freeze when walking into the gym? Does the thought of working out worry you?

Working with us you’ll discover what to do and how to do it. You’ll gain the confidence to work out effectively wherever you are. 

We know that many of our clients have sadly had poor experiences with the gym or personal trainers in the past, which is exactly what we’re here to help with.

Pushing you too hard isn’t necessary and also isn’t very fun. We’re here to work with you, not against you!

That depends on you and it’s something we’ll discuss when you start.

Whilst 2 sessions a week is ideal, we know that it’s not always doable for our clients – some will do 3 sessions a week and others find 2 per month is more suitable for their current availability and goals. Remember, we can also do sessions online.

You can also get in touch to discuss any particular training goals you have (e.g., losing some weight, getting stronger, training for an event, etc) so that we can adjust the number of sessions for you!
